Ken Smith, Executive Director of the National Healthcare Collectors Association, decided to bring Keynote Speaker and Executive Coach, Kevin McDaniel, aboard as the 2015 Keynote having heard from several others throughout the healthcare community about "how good this was going to be". McDaniel spoke for 90 minutes and his presentation was described by one participant as "the shortest 30 minutes I have ever experienced."
