Scott engages his work with his Executive Coach, Kevin McDaniel and uses numerous tools that McDaniel teaches to train and motivate his team. One tool he uses that VP Lane describes is Emergenetics. "Emergenetics is a program designed to help better understand people, how they are motivated, what makes them happy, and how to design programs, teams, and tasks around people's best and most fulfilling attributes."
"His desire to keep learning, improve everything, and love people makes him the successful Marketing Specialist that he is but also a wonderful boss and friend.
His team mission statement says,
Core Values:
Integrity: Guided by Christian principles, we are ethical, responsible, fair & truthful. We maintain the highest standards of personal and professional conduct.
Continue Self Improvement: We maximize our potential through continual self-improvement and accountability.
Customer Satisfaction: We focus on our client’s needs, work collectively together and strive to exceed their expectations.
Team Work: We recognize each person’s value and encourage each other to perform the best work of our lives.
Innovation: Through improved processes and technology, we embrace change as a positive opportunity to plan for the future.
Scott Tomlin embodies all of these values. He lives them every minute of every day. “Good” is never good enough for Scott. It can always be better. We can always do more. He never stops. Never stops trying to be excellent. He is the hardest worker that I’ve ever known and he expects the same effort from his team. He passionately loves what he does and it shows through in everything he does."
Congratulations, Scott!
