Georgia Ophthalmologists announced the selection of Kevin McDaniel, Chief Strategist with WindRiver Strategies, to lead their Leadership Development Institute. Mr, McDaniel delivers his leadership program in three platforms: Emergenetics, Choice Theory and Value Based Coaching. The combination of these offerings allows leaders to sustain high levels of motivation without the customary high levels of stress.
Coming in April, Mr McDaniel will present "Team Performance". This workshop introduces powerful models and standards that guide the way a team looks at itself—the shared values and behaviors that jumpstart performance—and how it creates an atmosphere that drives action. This course provides a forum for teams to understand themselves, dive into their own preferences and respect diverse thinking styles while developing behavioral tendencies that move teams forward.

Our surgical services include cataract removal, YAG laser procedures, surgical correction of common eyelid disorders such as ptosis and ectroption, and pterygium removal. Dr. Bigles is a fellowship trained refractive surgeon offering the Blade-Free Lasik technique for vision correction. Our state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility is accredited by The Joint Commission (JCAH) and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
In addition, we also offer a full-service optical shop in each of our 3 locations. We cut, edge and assemble our glasses in our lab at our Covington office, and take pride in our craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
