AAHAM's 2017 Annual National Institute (ANI) was held at the Opryland Resort in Nashville, Tennessee from October 18-20, 2017. ANI was attended by nearly 500 National members. Each year, the members of AAHAM come together to exchange ideas, renew old friends, make new ones, and further their knowledge and education in the field of Patient Account Management.
Keynote Speaker / Executive Coach / Leadership Trainer, Kevin McDaniel, spoke on the topic of "Crazy. Simple. Leadership." this year to very positive reviews. 97% of those grading Mr. McDaniel's session rated his keynote with a perfect 5 out of 5 score. Danielle Burns, Conference Organizer, stated that Mr. McDaniel helped us "make [the conference] a great success".
