Chuck and I are about 3 times through the workouts and have upped the weights about 50% from where we started. Yes, this introduces a new level of pain and strain into the workouts but it keeps them interesting. It is amazing what going from 8 to 10 to 15 pounds in the dumbbells can do for the burn. Yoga continues to be the most intense part of the workout but I like it along with the stretching routine. I probably “need” them the most. OK, P90X like life is a work in progress and we are making progress.
I have had several more requests for the before and after pictures so I have decided to post them at some point. Likely, this will happen towards the end of our 90 day excursion. I expect to look like Tony Horton in about 54 more days. I’m smilin’. Have a great day. Go for your dreams!
