
Plus, our ability to stretch has remarkably improved. I can bend over and almost touch the floor without bending my knees. I realize for some of you that's ordinary. however, when we started...well...I could bend over and touch my knees. Notice the stretch to the left. I can't say I am quite that flexible but I am moving in that direction. Yoga continues to be the most challenging workout. Staying in one position while your muscles are on "ever livin' fire" makes 10 seconds feel like 10 minutes. Nonetheless, we press on. OK, that's the P90X update.
